Our long-term aged plum wine was rebrewed with Takada plums produced in Fukushima prefecture, and after aging for more than 5 years, it is ripened in bourbon barrels. A dry taste with less sweetness, a firm acidity, and an elegant sweetness and barrel aroma derived from bourbon barrels. The malt from Malt whisky that distilled at Asaka Distillery adds a lingering finish for a slightly fragrant time. With an alcohol content of 20%, it has a solid drinkability.
